Tender Overview
ILO invites qualified and experienced suppliers to submit proposals for Call for External Collaborator to conduct Regulatory and Institutional Capacity Assessment of IGAD Member States to Ratify and Implement IGAD Protocol on Transhumance. in Mogadishu. This Open Tender (ITB) (Tender) covers the full scope of work described in the tender documents.
Interested bidders must be legally registered, have demonstrable experience in procurement, and be able to meet the requirements and timelines specified in the documents.
Scope of Work
- Provision of the services described in the Terms of Reference.
- Qualified personnel, equipment and service-level commitments.
- Regular reporting and a single point of contact.
- Compliance with the issuing organization’s policies.
