Tender Overview
World Bank invites qualified and experienced suppliers to submit proposals for Consultancy Services to Development & Implementation of a Three-Year Change Management Strategy (2026–2028) in Mogadishu. This Open Tender (ITB) (Tender) covers the full scope of work described in the tender documents.
Interested bidders must be legally registered, have demonstrable experience in consulting, and be able to meet the requirements and timelines specified in the documents.
Scope of Work
- Provision of the services described in the Terms of Reference.
- Qualified personnel, equipment and service-level commitments.
- Regular reporting and a single point of contact.
- Compliance with the issuing organization’s policies.
