Ministry of Finance, Government of Somaliland invites qualified and experienced suppliers to submit expressions of interest for Technical Assistance to provide quality assurance services to enable Somaliland Government to maximize the anticipated benefits from the ITAS solution. in Hargeisa. This Expression of Interest (EOI) covers the full scope of work described in the tender documents.
Interested bidders must be legally registered, have demonstrable experience in consulting, and be able to meet the requirements and timelines specified in the documents.
Scope of Work
- Provision of the services described in the Terms of Reference.
- Qualified personnel, equipment and service-level commitments.
- Regular reporting and a single point of contact.
- Compliance with the issuing organization’s policies.
